Early Elementary Teaching Assistant
Faith Christian School is seeking an early elementary teaching assistant for the 2025-2026 school year. Preferred applicants may have a background in early childhood development or lower elementary grades education. The role of the instructional assistant is to follow the direction of the classroom teacher and provide assistance in the instructional program and activities of the classes. Faith Christian School is seeking a Visual Arts instructor for the 2025-2026 school year. Applicants must have a four-year degree from an accredited institution and relevant training or academic credits earned in visual arts. Faith Christian School is seeking a High School English teacher for the 2025-2026 school year. Applicants must have a four-year degree from an accredited institution. Applicants may have a background in either English/Language Arts or History. A background in writing instruction is preferred but not required. Future Principal and Operational Leadership Team Opportunities
As Faith Christian School continues to pursue organizational health and growth, we are now accepting resumes from those who may be interested in future opportunities to join our leadership team as an assistant principal or other operational administrator.
We seek candidates with strong leadership abilities, a passion for Christian education, and a deep commitment to integrating faith and learning. Your role may include overseeing curriculum development, supporting teachers in their professional growth, fostering a positive and engaging school culture, and ensuring that our school remains a place where Christ is at the center of all we do. Additionally, candidates will have operational and administrative leadership responsibilities, in addition to strategic planning, faculty development, and fostering relationships with the broader school community.
The ideal candidate will have experience in educational leadership, though candidates with business leadership or church executive leadership may be considered for specific operational roles. Additionally, the ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of best practices in instruction and student development, and a heart for mentoring and discipling both students and staff. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who leads with integrity, wisdom, and a servant’s heart—someone who models Christlike leadership.

Qualifications:

A strong and personal relationship with Jesus Christ

A passion for Christian education and discipleship

Experience in school administration, educational leadership, or church executive/business leadership for operational leadership roles.

A degree in education, leadership, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
