As Faith Christian School continues to pursue organizational health and growth, we are currently accepting resumes for future consideration from individuals who sense a calling to serve in assistant principal or operational leadership roles.
Please note: This is not an active job opening. We are collecting resumes as part of our long-range planning to identify and connect with strong candidates for potential future roles. Any openings that arise will be determined by enrollment trends, programmatic needs, and budgetary provisions.
We seek candidates with strong leadership abilities, a passion for Christian education, and a deep commitment to integrating faith and learning. Future responsibilities may include curriculum oversight, faculty development, school culture cultivation, and operational leadership in areas such as strategic planning and community engagement.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in educational or executive leadership, a heart for mentoring and discipleship, and the wisdom to lead with humility and conviction. Candidates from business or church executive backgrounds may be considered for operational roles.

Qualifications:

A strong and personal relationship with Jesus Christ

A passion for Christian education and discipleship

Experience in school administration, educational leadership, or church executive/business leadership for operational leadership roles.

A degree in education, leadership, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A deep understanding of curriculum, instruction, student development, or organizational leadership

• Demonstrate strong written and verbal skills
• Knows and applies knowledge of current professional literature and best practices
• Displays excellent verbal communication skills • Shows skills and sensitivity in working with all members of the school community
• Support FCS and the principles of Kingdom Education in partnering with families.
