Elementary Music
All students Pre-K through 5th grade attend a general music class once each week. Students will experience and learn about music through singing, listening and playing instruments. All students participate in a Holiday musical production, Spring Musical production, and PTF performances. Students in grades 3-5 are also invited to participate in ASCI Piano Festival each year as well as have the opportunity to audition for and participate in our annual FCS Talent Show.
Middle School Chorus
All students in grades 6-8 participate in the FCS Chorus. Students attend chorus 2 days each week. Class time is spent preparing for performances, learning music theory and sight singing skills. All Middle School students participate in a Holiday Choral Concert and a Spring Choral Concert. Students are also involved in our annual Talent Show. They have the opportunity to participate in ACSI Piano Festival, ACSI Solo and Ensemble Competition, ACSI Large Ensemble Competition, Choral Competition at Kings Dominion, MENC All-State and Honors Chorus Auditions.

Advanced Vocals
High School students are offered an Advanced Vocals elective where they are taught voice and music theory. They also participate in ACSI Solo and Ensemble Competition, ACSI Large Ensemble Competition, Choral Competition at Kings Dominion, and Honors Chorus Auditions.
Band
Band is offered for Middle School Students as a Fine Arts elective. High School students are offered electives in Band and Music & Technology.
