It is the goal of the FCS Leadership Academy to provide high school students rigorous and challenging experiences that engage, equip and empower them to grow as highly principled leaders.  The program provides professional development opportunities as students explore God’s divine calling on their lives. The Leadership Academy is an extra-curricular program for students who have demonstrated academic excellence and leadership initiative.  The program is designed to engage them with new ideas, equip them with practical leadership skills, and empower them to use those skills in their future vocations.  As part of the program, students will attend quarterly speaker sessions, participate in a student leadership group, and interact with other mentor groups/resources.  The Leadership Academy uses curricular and life application resources like YouScience, Chick-Fil-A Leadership Program, and Habitudes.
